Modern Pilates

Modern Pilates is derived from the original work of Joseph Pilates and focuses on improving stability, postural alignment, flexibility and mobility.

Step & Dance

A range of step and dance classes for all abilities, including Athletic Step, Dance Fitness and Body Sculpt. We have something for every body.
