What makes my kind of yoga
I really want to be fully inclusive to all those who really need to access the full benefits of yoga working on both the body and mind together.
Sometimes we are not in a position for whatever reason to gain access to classes that really benefit us so I want to make what I do affordable to all that need it. I want to help people promote their own self awareness and beliefs helping them to feel better which will hopefully then have a knock on effect to the people who surround them.
